Horsham’s Piazza Italia started in 2006 so this was the third show. Back then it only ran for the first two days of the Easter weekend and did not include the minis; they were suggested by the Horsham Photographer just after the 2008 show. The reason for their suggested inclusion was that 2009 was the 40th anniversary of the Italian Job film with the Horsham link being Michael Caine whose first stage role was in Horsham. Since then the proliferation of mini attendance has increased and 2015 promises a lot more of the original mini rather than the BMW version.
