Linden House gets ‘repurposed’

Did I really write ‘repurposed’? I am going to have to stop watching George Clarke and his amazing spaces! Linden House, once a Portland Stone office block, soon to be 51 apartments, or flats as we used to call them in the old days. The old days is what we now call ‘back in the day’. Hey ho. The prices range from £150,000 to 350,000 for 1 to 3 bedroom options. Interestingly there is a central atrium bringing natural light into the centre of the building. Visit Cubitt and West for more information.

The access road from the road between the Swan Walk car park roundabout and the tunnel under RSA looks ‘interesting’. Occupants will have to turn left only to exit so it will be interesting to see how many attempt u-turns once under RSA to get to where they want to go.
